Inspired by the ‘Matilda cakes’ of TikTok, this chocolate fudge cake uses an American-style fudgy chocolate cake combined with the silkiest chocolate fudge icing you’ve ever tasted to create the ultimate chocolate-lover’s delight.

This cake usually cuts into 16 slices. Please note in the comments box at the end of your order whether you would like your cake to be sent as individual slices, or as a whole. If you do not leave a note, your cake will be sent whole.
Please note: due to the nature of posting cake, although every effort will be made to protect your cake (it will be wrapped in acetate film and protected with bubble wrap), some ‘smushing’ may occur during postage. It is recommended to neaten the cake back up using an offset spatula or knife dipped in hot water if needed.
Serving instructions: best stored in the fridge, then consume cold or microwave slices for 30s before enjoying for a fudgy cake! Best consumed within 5 days, suitable for freezing.
