Three layers of classic vanilla sponge cake sandwiched with a smooth vanilla buttercream and delicious blueberry jam, topped with a sprinkle of icing sugar.
Cakes will arrive ready-sliced unless other instructions are given in the order notes :).
Weight: approx 1.44kg (I usually cut into 12 slices)
Serving instructions: best stored in the fridge, then consume cold, warm or at room temperature. Best consumed within 5 days, suitable for freezing.
Ingredients: sugar, butter (milk), plain flour (wheat, gluten), egg, blueberry jam, milk, vanilla extract, baking powder
Please note: due to the nature of my home kitchen, trace elements of all allergens including gluten, eggs, milk, lupin, mustards, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya and sulphites may be present in my bakes, even though every effort is made to maintain a clean environment.
